A.A. Grapevine Committee - District 1

Committee Meetings
Third Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm
Central Office

Largo, Florida 33771

Grapevine Committee meetings are not only for Intergroup Reps, but for anyone interested in doing Grapevine service work. Sponsors, this is great service work for both new and experienced sponsees!

We would like to encourage all the AA groups in District 1 to consider having a Grapevine meeting once a week or so. It's simple: Read a story from the monthly magazine or a Best of the Grapevine volumes 1, 2, or 3. Afterward, share how you can relate to the reading. Incorporating Grapevine readings is a great way to rejuvenate a meeting and listen to different stories from all over the world. Its stories make for good subject matter—some are tragic, some are funny, and all are informative.

Recycle Your Grapevines!

We need all the old Grapevine magazines we can get. If they're around a treatment center, someone will read it and possibly be moved by a story they can relate to. Many facilities don't have room for the magazine within their budget, and an old one is better than nothing.

You can give your old Grapevines to your Intergroup Rep to take to the monthly Intergroup meeting, drop them off at Central Office, or give them to a member of the Grapevine Committee.
